1. Who we are

This website is operated by 33 GLOBAL, the trading name of an independent app developer based in Türkiye ("we", "the studio"). Contact: hello@33globalgroup.com.

2. Purpose of this website

These pages present the studio's services and published apps and provide support and legal information. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a binding commitment: project work is agreed separately in writing, and only that written agreement creates obligations for either side.

3. Intellectual property

The design of these pages and their text are our copyright. "33 GLOBAL" and the "33" mark are used by the studio as unregistered marks. You may read, print and share pages for your own information and quote short extracts with a link back. Republishing pages, or reusing the design or the mark, requires our written permission. App names, logos and store badges belong to their respective owners: Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

4. Apps

Apps published by the studio are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, shown on their store listing and inside the app. Purchases in our apps are made through the app store that distributes them, and that store's payment, subscription and refund rules apply.

5. External links

This site links to websites we do not operate, such as app stores and platform documentation. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

6. Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and up to date as far as we reasonably can, but it is provided "as is": we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the statutory rights of consumers.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply where they are more favourable to you.
