Privacy policy

This policy explains how personal data is handled on 33globalgroup.com and when you contact the studio. Our mobile apps each have their own privacy policy, linked from their store listing and from Support.

Who is responsible

33 GLOBAL is the trading name of an independent app developer based in Türkiye, acting as data controller for this website. Our legal name and registered address are shown on our Google Play developer profile and are available on request by email.

This website

• No cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own.
• No analytics or tracking. There are no analytics scripts, pixels, advertising tags or third-party embeds on these pages.
• No forms and no accounts. Nothing is submitted to us from the site; the contact link opens your own email program.

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Like any web server, the hosting platform records technical request data — including your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user-agent string — in server logs, which are used for security and to keep the service running. When you email us

If you write to hello@33globalgroup.com, we process the data you choose to send — typically your name, your email address and the content of your message — for the sole purpose of answering you and, where relevant, preparing an offer or providing support. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, for project work, the performance of a contract. Email is handled through Google's mail services. We keep correspondence only as long as it is needed for the enquiry or required by law, and we do not use these addresses for marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is processed only by the service providers that operate our website and email (Google/Firebase). Where those providers process data outside Türkiye or the EEA, they do so under their own safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may ask us whether we hold data about you, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, or ask for processing to be restricted. Write to hello@33globalgroup.com and we will answer within 30 days. For data held inside our apps, there is a dedicated page: Data deletion. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Substantial changes affecting an ongoing project are also communicated by email.
