Data deletion request

This page explains how to have data related to our apps deleted. It applies to all apps published by 33 GLOBAL on Google Play.

Our apps do not have user accounts

You do not create an account, sign in or give us your name or email address to use our apps. There is therefore no account profile to delete on our side.

What is stored, and where

• On your phone. Preferences, purchased credits and progress are stored in the app's own storage on your device. Uninstalling the app, or using Settings → Apps → (app) → Storage → Clear data, removes this permanently.
• Diagnostics and usage statistics. Our apps use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics with a randomly generated app instance identifier. These records are not linked to your name or email address and are kept for a limited retention period defined in the app's privacy policy.
• Purchases. In-app purchases are processed and recorded by Google Play, not by us. Google keeps its own transaction records under Google's privacy policy; we cannot delete them, and tax law may require them to be retained.

Deleting everything yourself, in under a minute

1. Open Settings → Apps on your device and choose the app.
2. Tap Storage → Clear data, then uninstall the app.
3. Optional: in Settings → Privacy → Ads, delete or reset your advertising ID to break any link with advertising diagnostics.

Asking us to delete data

You can also ask us directly. Email hello@33globalgroup.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

• the name of the app;
• your app instance ID if you can find it, or the approximate date and time you last used the app, plus your device model — this is what lets us locate the right records;
• whether you want deletion of everything we hold, or only diagnostics data.

We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, then write back to tell you it is done. Records that we are legally required to keep — for example purchase and tax records held by the app store — cannot be deleted before their statutory retention period ends.
